This fabulously spacious town home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is practically bathed in southern sunshine, giving you dazzling views of the majestic Mammoth Crest and the Sherwin Summit. With plenty of room to host even the bigest of family gatherings you will find this completly remodled and update home providing you with a most restfull and relaxing stay. For the Kids (or the kid in you) our custom bunkroom, includes a queen bed and 3 twin beds and sleeps up to 5, while the other three bedrooms boast either a king-size bed or a queen bed, see pictures. Parking’s a breeze with two assigned spots, plus additional guest space for those spontaneous visitors. The kitchen? Oh, with new appliances it’s ready for your culinary masterpieces – or just a hot cup of joe from the all in one Kcup & Drip coffee maker. Whether you’re cooking up a storm or heating leftovers, you’ll feel right at home. This beauty is meticulously maintained and designed for ultimate relaxation, comfortably sleeping up to 10 -11 guests (yes, 11!). The Outdoors? Catch the perfect shot either on the deck or from the giant picture window in the livingroom as you take in mountain views and the Sherwin Summit. With two prime parking spots right in front and the local bus stop right outside your front door means you can hit the slopes with ease. In the summer months you can enjoy the clean well kept outdoor swiming pool, and after a long day of hiking or that cold day of skiing you can relax in the year-round hot tub and melt your cares away. Just a heads-up, folks: Condos in Mammoth don’t need A/C – it’s just not hot enough here! Open those windows, and let that cool mountain breeze work its magic. BBQs left uncleaned will be asseed an additional cleaning fee, so plan your cookouts accordingly! Notification of Service Animals are reqested so we can have our cleaning service take special care for our next guest. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - No dog(s), cat(s) or other pets are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Mammoth Lakes has a 24 hour noise ordinance with quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep noise and music levels to a minimum. Violations of this ordinance can carry fines up to $2,000.00 as well as possible eviction without refund. Please note that this ordinance is strictly enforced. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
